“My EB-1A premium processing time is over” sounds like one fact. It is usually several facts compressed into one sentence.
Before escalating, reconstruct the exact record:
• Which petition and classification did you file?
• Was Form I-907 filed with the petition or later?
• What dates appear on the delivery record, receipt notice, and premium-processing confirmation?
• Which current USCIS timeframe applies to that exact filing?
• Did USCIS issue an approval, denial, request for evidence, notice of intent to deny, or another case action?
• What has already been asked, through which channel, and what was the exact response?
The absence of an approval does not prove that no adjudicative action occurred. The current Form I-907 instructions say the premium fee is refunded if USCIS does not take an action within the applicable timeframe, and they list several actions besides approval.
That is why the first useful artifact is a private timeline, not another estimate from a forum.
Keep the source beside every date. Label your calculated end date as a calculation. Save each notice, case-status timestamp, payment record, and contact reference. Do not put your receipt number, full notice, home address, birth date, or attorney-client messages into a public post.
Then give the record to qualified counsel and ask five narrow questions:
1. Which current clock applied?
2. What event started it?
3. Does the record show an action within the window?
4. Is a service request, escalation, or fee-refund inquiry appropriate now?
5. Who should contact USCIS, and what should they include?
One person's approval timeline can help you see what to preserve. It cannot tell you what happened in your case.
I turned the full record into a practical guide here:

Educational only, not legal advice. ChatEB1 is not a law firm and does not calculate legal deadlines or contact USCIS for you.
