When an EB-1A RFE arrives, “add more evidence” is usually too vague to be useful.
Start with the officer’s exact wording. Build one row for each concern:
1. What USCIS says is missing or unpersuasive
2. Which criterion or final-merits issue it affects
3. What the original filing already cited
4. The exact exhibit and page that may answer it
5. What genuinely new or clearer evidence is available
6. The question counsel needs to decide
Keep facts and documents separate. A letter written today can explain facts that existed before filing; an achievement that happened later is different. Your lawyer should decide what can be used and how.
For impact claims, look for independent proof of use: citations, adoption, deployment, licensing, standards, or documented outcomes. A stronger stack is not necessarily a larger stack. It is easier to verify.

And don’t post the RFE or personal records publicly. Share the complete notice with qualified immigration counsel.
This is an evidence-organization workflow, not legal advice.
