A physician can have an excellent clinical record and still have a weak EB-1A evidence map. Patient care, an academic appointment, publications, policy work, and dashboards are not interchangeable proof. Each fact needs a defined job.
Start with five lanes:
Clinical work
Write down what you personally did, the real peer group, and what made the work unusual. A respected hospital or job title does not establish your individual distinction by itself.
Authorship
Separate publication from recognition. Record the paper, your role, citations, outside use, guideline uptake, or other independent evidence. Do not ask a publication list to prove every part of the case.
Original contribution
For a dashboard, protocol, model, or clinical workflow, look for outside adoption, measured results, independent reliance, or a credible expert who can explain the field-level consequence. Internal use can matter, but it needs a clear connection to your own contribution and a result beyond your team.
Critical role
Prove two different things: the project or organization was distinguished, and your role was essential to a consequential result. The reputation of the institution cannot silently carry the second point.
Judging
Preserve the invitation, why you were selected, the work you evaluated, and proof that the review was completed. A reviewer dashboard is useful evidence control, but it needs enough context to show what actually happened.
Then force one proposed criterion into a five-column row:
Exact claim
- Strongest independent source
- Page, paragraph, table, or timestamp
- Limited fact the source proves
- Remaining gap
If the row depends mainly on your own explanation, the next job is stronger proof, not a longer petition narrative.

Use this as an evidence-organization exercise. Qualified immigration counsel should decide eligibility, filing strategy, and how the record fits the governing standard.
